We stayed 2 nights here, nonetheless it was a good experience. The location was marvellous and prime - just a walk to Concert Hall. Need to add that it was short walk to Perth, rail station and the centre of Perth.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, with shops, bars, and beautiful riverside walks nearby. The host was helpful and responded quickly when there was an issue with the TV.
The breakfast offerings could be improved.

We had a lovely stay at this centrally located flat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to the city. the living space was nice and the shower was excellent. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary toiletries and refreshments. the location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the concert hall. Greyfriars Flat was a great base for exploring the area and we would definitely stay here again. Cons: Couldn't fault 👌🙂.

Great value for money and a cozy room with all the necessary amenities. The location couldn't have been better, with beautiful riverside walks, a museum, historic churches, and good restaurants all within close walking distance. The staff was very helpful, especially when we had an issue with the TV, providing us with a speedy response.
